Don't Gamble on a Diet
If diets and ultra-high-intensity workouts really worked, most of us would look like the people in these pictures. Billions of dollars are wasted every year on weight loss programs and exercise videos.
Commercial diets are unreasonable, unsustainable and expensive. Worse, they may hurt you. Several of my friends and family members have been harmed by trying commercial diets and/or having medical surgeries in an attempt to suppress their appetite. Maybe you know someone who's been harmed, too. Maybe you've even been harmed yourself.
Diets just don't work; they're not long-term solutions. There's a better way, without focusing on dieting or even trying to lose weight.
