This year, don't just make a "resolution," make a New Year's "Revolution."
A lot of people think it requires drinking shakes or taking pills every day to get physically healthier. Others think it requires working out an hour a day at the gym. Some people think it requires both.
I’m here to tell you that it’s easier than you might think, if you’ll just be patient. I’m asking you for this year to choose one small, sustainable change to improve your physical health.
